ADVANCED ACADEMY
BY INVITATION ONLY
Our Advanced Academy teams start from U9's and is at the top of our football pyramid and a great achievement for the players within our system that will play in the Saturday Junior Premier League known as JPL. Players will experience professional coaching to prepare them for higher intensity environments against elite opponents. Players here have been identified as gifted and talented with the potential to progress beyond our program into professional football academies.

HOW TO GET INTO OUR ADVANCED ACADEMY
- Has impressed within the academy selection trial.
- Has been invited from outside of our organisation by one of our coaches/scouts
- A player that has been recommended as an raw talent
​
Our aim is to support the individual players development and understanding an elite mindset to unlocking their full potential whilst playing in the Junior premier league, 1 in 10 players are offered a professional academy contract whilst being scouted playing the JPL.

Approximately 20 JPL games per season

The Junior Premier League is a national league which aims to bridge the gap between Grass Roots Football and Academy Football.

The Junior Premier League is a player development focused league, driving innovation and ensuring every player has a premier experience. We endeavour to be the world’s best provider of competitive opportunities for development and advancement in youth football.

The Junior Premier League is now 11 years old and from a small beginning, we are now England’s only National league for youth players from U7 to U18 and are the largest league in the country with over 25,000 players.

Unrivalled player pathways – in the JPL 1 in 11 players progress into an English Professional academy. Much more progress into high-level non-professional football and college football.
